Basic directions

The presidium of the Russian academy of sciences approves following directions of scientific activity of IPPM RAS:

1. Systems of automation, mathematical models and methods of research of complex systems and processes in micro- and nanoelectronics.
2. Theoretical researches of fundamental problems of creation of VLSI CAD systems.
3. Theoretical and applied researches of methods and algorithms of structural synthesis, the analysis and optimization of complex micro- and nanoelectronics systems.
4. Research and development of methodologies designing of high complexity integrated circuits.
5. Research and development of high-efficiency microelectronic computing systems.
6. Designing of perspective devices and integrated circuits of micro- and nanoelectronics.
