Ñêèäàíîâ Âëàäèìèð Àëåêñàíäðîâè÷ Îêîí÷èë Ìîñêîâñêèé ôèçèêî-òåõíè÷åñêèé èíñòèòóò â 1976 ã., ôàêóëüòåò ôèçè÷åñêîé è êâàíòîâîé ýëåêòðîíèêè. Ñ 1987 ãîäà êàíäèäàò ôèçèêî-ìàòåìàòè÷åñêèõ íàóê.  2004 ãîäó çàùèòèë äèññåðòàöèþ äîêòîðà òåõíè÷åñêèõ íàóê. Àâòîð 58 íàó÷íûõ ðàáîò, 12 àâòîðñêèõ ñâèäåòåëüñòâ, 3 ïàòåíòîâ.
